confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be
processed the next business day.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United
Kingdom, Australia, and select international destinations.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking
information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International customers may be subject to customs fees or
import duties charged by their country. These fees are the
responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Sprig & Bead is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your
local post office first. If unresolved, email us and we'll
help investigate.
DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe,
